Description The Beginner Program is designed for individuals who are new to calisthenics or returning after a long break and want to build a strong foundation using their own bodyweight. This program focuses on developing basic strength, joint stability, proper technique, and consistency through fundamental movements such as pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and squats. By the end of the program, participants will significantly increase their overall strength, confidence, and control, preparing their body safely and effectively for more advanced calisthenics skills.
