Due to the nature of digital content:

• Access to digital products is provided immediately after purchase

• Refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted

• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

 

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time

• Cancellation prevents future billing

• Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

• No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time
