Description

The Advanced Program is intended for experienced calisthenics athletes who have mastered fundamental and intermediate movements and are aiming for elite-level strength and performance. This program challenges the body with high-volume, high-intensity training focused on maximal strength, endurance, and skill mastery, particularly in pull-ups, muscle-ups, push-ups, and dips. Upon completion, athletes will achieve exceptional body control, advanced strength benchmarks, and the physical capacity required for high-level calisthenics training and competition.
